Oryantasyon Yılı, son mezunlar ve belirli araştırmacılar için bir işveren sponsor güvence altına almadan nitelikli iş aramak veya iş kurmak için zaman tanıyan Hollanda geçici oturma iznidir. Bu süre zarfında hamil, pek çok sıradan çalışma izni başvurucusundan daha geniş bir işgücü piyasasına erişime sahiptir. Uygun bir işveren bulunduğunda Yüksek Nitelikli Göçmen rotasına geçiş köprüsü olarak yaygın biçimde kullanılır.
