IND is the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service. It is the main authority handling residence applications, recognised-sponsor registration, and many employment-based migration decisions in the Netherlands. Applicants and employers commonly interact with IND for highly skilled migrant, orientation year, researcher, family, and long-term residence matters.
